Project Homeless Connect (PHC) is a national initiative sponsored by the U.S. Interagency Council on Homelessness and is being implemented in over 200 communities across the United States, Canada, and Australia.

Baltimore’s 2016 PHC served 2,100 people experiencing homelessness with 2,000 community volunteers and more than 130 service organizations

Salt Lake City’s PHC 2017 has set the goal to serve 600 homeless clients with 450 volunteers and 60 service organizations
